Aerospace and Defense

MET ONE and HIAC particle counters are specifically designed to meet the needs of the Aerospace and Defense industries. MET ONE air particle counters ensure cleanroom environments are optimized for aircraft production.  HIAC particle counters are the leader in monitoring contamination in oils, coolants, and fuels in the lab, in the field, or on-line.

Q. I am confused by the number of liquid particle counting standards, how can I become more informed about liquid particle counters?
A. The makers of HIAC liquid particle counters offer all customers on-site or factory training, technical support over the phone or via email to ensure you understand HIAC liquid particle counters and can apply them to your application.  You can access technical support immediately by clicking "Contact Technical Support" links placed throughout www.particle.com or emailing techsupportgp@hach.com directly.
Q. Is there support for installation and setup of your HIAC laboratory or portable liquid particle counters?
A. Yes - All HIAC particle counter customers can receive on-site services for liquid particle counter installation, setup, and calibration services.
Q. How will viscous and/or dark hydraulic oils affect liquid particle counts?
A. Light obscuration sensors are very robust technologies and rarely impacted by the color or viscosity of any given oil.  The particle count concentration of the sample is the primary application concern.  HIAC liquid particle counters uniquely offer high concentration alarms that inform users when concentration affects the sample.
